My Role & Ownership
I led the design of the configurator experience from concept to final delivery, working directly with the client and collaborating closely with my company’s CTO, COO, and Project Manager. As the sole designer on client calls, I drove design discussions, presented work, gathered feedback, and translated decisions into the product experience.

Visual Direction
To establish a premium and cohesive aesthetic, I explored multiple visual directions through moodboards, focusing on elegance, clarity, and modern luxury. The final direction balanced minimalism with subtle richness to align with the brand’s positioning.

A minimal and scalable visual system was established to ensure consistency across the configurator experience.

Guided Configuration Flow
The configurator follows a step-by-step structure that simplifies complex decision-making. Selections are revealed progressively, allowing users to focus on one choice at a time while maintaining clarity throughout the experience.
Desktop: Expandable sections enable users to scan and compare multiple options efficiently.
Mobile: A tab-based structure presents one category at a time, reducing cognitive load and improving usability within a constrained space.
Transparent Pricing & Progressive Disclosure
Pricing updates dynamically based on user selections, providing immediate feedback throughout the experience.
Detailed cost breakdowns are revealed on demand using progressive disclosure, ensuring transparency while maintaining a clean and focused interface.
A persistent selection summary provides quick context, allowing users to review their configuration without navigating away.
Seamless Sharing
Users can easily share their configured designs, making the experience collaborative and accessible. This allows for quick feedback and smoother decision-making beyond the platform.
Detailed Product View
An expanded view allows users to closely examine their configured design, providing a more detailed and immersive preview during the selection process.
Interactive Prototype
